Hello, i’m Sammie,
I am a photographer of the people. I love capturing portraits, families, and events. I believe nothing is more rewarding than capturing the moments that will forever captivate your heart. So if it is important to you, it is important to me. Telling your stories and sharing precious moments is so special to me. So I am truly invested in the deep belly laughs, nose crinkles and split pants at the end of a night that will go down in your history books.
I first fell in love with photography as a tween with my low-res point-and-shoot camera. From there, my passion just continued to grow, and I studied it in high school and a little bit in university. I got my first DSLR in 2018 (#TeamNikon) and have been growing my collection ever since- including my recent expansion into the film world. I live for travelling, so I do enjoy landscapes, but ultimately my heart sings for portraits and people, so that is where my focus lies.

I was born and raised in South West Sydney, but spent alot of my time on the beach in the Illawarra regions.

I am dog obsessed. My dog 'Charlie', is like a child to me. I definitely have the personality of a golden retriever though.

I love to travel- whether it is flying across the seas to new countries or getting to know Australia more by road.

I have a bachelors in Communication and Media majoring in Graphic Design- so I can design custom designs.

Sammie took photos at my mum's wedding. I don't think we could have chosen a better person. She was so professional yet so laid back.
